These Terms & Conditions govern your access to dthbroadband.com and any booking or purchase of new DTH / broadband connections or genuine operator remotes from DTH Broadband, a retail brand of Yash Retail And Services Pvt Ltd. By booking or purchasing, you accept these terms.

1. About us

DTH Broadband is an authorised retailer that facilitates new consumer connections for Tata Play, Dish TV, DD Free Dish and Airtel, and supplies genuine operator remote controls. We are not the DTH / broadband operator; the broadcast and connectivity service is provided by the respective operator under its own subscriber agreement and TRAI regulations.

2. What we sell

• New Tata Play, Dish TV, DD Free Dish and Airtel Wi-Fi connections, installed at your address.
• Genuine operator remote controls.
• We do not sell app-based streaming subscriptions or any electrical appliances.

3. Booking & payment

• Book online with a small ₹399 advance; the balance is payable on delivery / installation (COD).
• On Tata Play and Dish TV new connections, the ₹3,600 you pay becomes recharge / account balance in your own subscriber account — the set-top box, dish and standard installation are provided free.
• DD Free Dish is a free-to-air government service: there is no monthly subscription or recharge. You pay only for the hardware and installation.
• Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise; GST is charged as per law.

4. Installation & activation

Free standard doorstep installation is included on new DTH connections. Each connection is activated in the subscriber's own name. Valid KYC / ID may be required by the operator as per TRAI norms, and you agree to provide accurate details.

5. Third-party operator terms

Continued broadcast / broadband service, channel packs, pricing after activation and content are governed by the respective operator's subscriber agreement and TRAI regulations. DTH Broadband facilitates the new connection and the supply of hardware. Operator brand names are the property of their respective owners.

6. Your responsibilities

Provide accurate delivery and KYC information, ensure someone is available at the installation address, and use the hardware and service lawfully.

7. Intellectual property

All content on dthbroadband.com — text, logos and images — is owned by or licensed to Yash Retail And Services Pvt Ltd and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant product. We are not liable for service interruptions caused by the operator, weather or events beyond our reasonable control.

9. Pricing & availability

We may update prices, offers and product availability at any time. Obvious pricing errors may be corrected before dispatch, and you will be informed if this affects your order.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Gurugram, Haryana shall have jurisdiction.
