The full ₹3,600 is loaded as your operator account balance. The connection, HD set-top box, antenna and installation are 100% free. You then pick any monthly pack from that balance — a ~₹300/month pack lasts about a year.
Is installation really free?
Yes. For new DTH connections, delivery and installation by the operator's authorised technician are included. Extra outdoor cable beyond the standard 10 metres may be charged by the installer at the operator's per-metre rate.
Does DD Free Dish need a monthly recharge?
No. DD Free Dish is free-to-air (run by Doordarshan / Prasar Bharati). It is a one-time hardware purchase with no monthly subscription — the channels stay free.
How long does installation take?
Tata Play, Dish TV and Airtel connections are typically installed within 24–48 hours of order confirmation. DD Free Dish kits shipped by courier usually arrive in about 7–10 working days.
