DTH Broadband (a brand of Yash Retail And Services Pvt Ltd) delivers and installs across India. The timelines below are indicative and begin after your order is confirmed (advance paid) and any required details are provided.

New DTH connections (Tata Play, Dish TV, Airtel Wi-Fi)

• Installation is scheduled at your address, typically within 24–48 hours in serviceable areas, subject to operator / technician availability and slot confirmation.
• Free standard doorstep installation is included.

DD Free Dish (free-to-air)

The set-top box / kit is couriered to your address, typically within 7–10 days. DD Free Dish is free-to-air with no monthly recharge.

Operator remotes

Genuine remotes are dispatched by courier and typically delivered within 3–7 days, depending on your location.

Coverage & charges

• We deliver PAN-India. Installation of new DTH connections is free; courier charges for hardware / remotes, if any, are shown at checkout.
• Book with a ₹399 advance; the balance is collected on delivery / installation (COD).

Tracking & delays

You will be updated by SMS / WhatsApp / email. Remote locations, incorrect addresses, weather or operator scheduling may cause delays; we will keep you informed. Please ensure the delivery / installation address is correct and that someone is available to receive delivery or witness installation.
