I ordered Tata Sky HD from onlinedthservice.com, installation persons came and told me give 1650 rupees more for connection I told him already paid money 1590 rupees and I will not give you single rupees and it’s your wish do connection or not. than he think more and installed, so, if any installer persons want extra money, don’t give and contact to onlinedthservic.com The local dealer is selling the same product at much higher cost. during all this coordinated/escalated the issue very well. I have had connection but setup box is not working properly. On complaint technician came taken away the semi working set top box on payment of rs.600 for repair. After 1 week he phoned me to pay rs.2200 for a new set top box as the old one is completely not working. He cheated me like this as I am in 1 year package, taken this as advantage. Pl, don’t trust taatasky. I am not using taatasky since 1 year.
